We are currently in our bootstrap funding stage but need additional capital to invest in various marketing campaigns, move our C-suite to full-time positions within the company, and expand our suite of classes.
In our seed funding round, we expect to issue equity offerings as well as possibly hybrid offerings such as convertible notes, but that is yet to be determined.
